Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds. Because course content is digital and available as soon as access is granted, no refund is given for any reason, including a change of mind, partial use of a section, not using your access, or access that has expired.

Purchases do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends on the date shown on your dashboard.

Please read the free lessons in each section before you buy, so you know the content suits you.

Payment problems: if you paid but your access was not granted, or you paid twice for the same order, write to support@platformuniversity.in within 7 days with your UPI transaction ID (UTR). We will grant the missing access, or add the extra payment to your access as additional days. These are not refunds.
